  • Laptop with either Floriani Embroidery Suite Pro or Floriani Total Control - Pro software updated to version 5.17
  • Mouse or pen input device
  • Pictures to Stitches: bring your copy or purchase your copy at the event.
  • USB thumb drive (optional)
Event Description
We'll be digitizing the teddy bear from  Pictures to Stitches using either Floriani Embroidery Suite Pro or Floriani Total Control - Pro software. We're starting on page 153 to cover topics including but not limited to:
  • working with Design Library
  • understanding raster versus vector artwork
  • loading backdrop images into a design file
  • re-sizing backdrop images
  • determining which stitch to use for design elements
  • working with Sequence View
  • editing stitch objects to change shape & stitch angle(s)
  • using the Artwork tool
  • changing properties for design objects
  • working with layers in a design
  • adding & creating holes in complex fill objects
  • renaming element objects in a design
  • analyzing design elements when re-sizing designs
